  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • butter - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cream of tartar - 1 tsp
  • each dates and nuts optional - 1 c

How to make butterscotch cookies:

Mix and make into a roll. Set in cool place overnight. Slice and bake.
