Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- shortening - 1/2 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- cream of tartar - 1 tsp
How to make butterscotch cookies:
Cream together first 6 ingredients. Mix together the flour, soda, and cream of tartar. Add to cream mixture with the vanilla. Roll into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
