Butterscotch cheesecake bars
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1/3 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
How to make butterscotch cheesecake bars:
Melt butterscotch bits and margarine. Add cracker crumbs and nuts. Press half of this mixture into bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, Eagle Brand milk, vanilla and egg. Pour over prepared pan. Top with rest of crumbs. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350° (325° if using glass dish) or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool to room temperature or freeze before cutting into bars.
