Banana pudding
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- carton sour cream - 18 oz
- large bananas - 4 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- small box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- box vanilla wafers - 1 item
How to make banana pudding:
Layer bottom of pan with vanilla wafers; put slice of banana on each wafer. Mix Eagle Brand milk and water; add pudding and beat with fork until lumps are gone. Add sour cream; mix until well blended. Add Cool Whip. Cover layer of wafers and bananas with 1/2 of pudding. Add another layer of wafers and bananas; cover with other half of pudding.
