  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter
  • egg yolks - 5 item
  • buttermilk
  • egg whites - 5 item
  • lemon extract

How to make buttermilk pie:

Mix together the first 6 ingredients. Pour into 2 raw pie shells. Bake at 325° until set. Beat egg whites; add 10 tablespoons sugar. Spread on pies; return to oven only to brown meringue.
