  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • sifted flour - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/3 c
  • snack size Butterfingers, cut in small pieces - 2 item

How to make butterfinger cookies:

Cream shortening and sugar. Beat in egg. Sift dry ingredients, mixing in pieces of Butterfinger. Chill. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 12 minutes. Remove from pan immediately.
