Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- sifted flour - 1 c
- margarine - 1/3 c
- snack size Butterfingers, cut in small pieces - 2 item
How to make butterfinger cookies:
Cream shortening and sugar. Beat in egg. Sift dry ingredients, mixing in pieces of Butterfinger. Chill. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 12 minutes. Remove from pan immediately.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
