  • flour - 3/4 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • egg - 1/2 item
  • cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp
  • plus 2 tsp - 1/4 c

How to make snickerdoodles:

Mix together butter, sugar and egg. Sift together flour, cream of tartar and baking soda. Mix together and bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.
