Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 4 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- block butter, melted - 1 item
- mochiko - 4 c
How to make butter mochi:
Mix ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan or 3 (5 x 7 1/2-inch) foil pans. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool and cut.Recipe categories: For large groups, Lunch/snacks, Snacks.
