- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- sticks Parkay or butter - 2 item
How to make butter cake:
Cream Parkay and sugar; add eggs 1 at a time, then vanilla and blend in flour. Bake in tube pan at 375° for 1 hour or until tests done. Excellent with fruit and whipped topping.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
