Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 5 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• sticks Parkay or butter - 2 item

How to make butter cake:

Cream Parkay and sugar; add eggs 1 at a time, then vanilla and blend in flour. Bake in tube pan at 375° for 1 hour or until tests done. Excellent with fruit and whipped topping.
