Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 2/3 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- 1 oz - 2 sq
- chunky peanut butter - 1 c
- 16 oz - 1 pkg
How to make buckeyes:
In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients (everything but the semi-sweet chocolate) until well mixed. Roll into 1 inch balls. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over hot, not boiling water. Dip each ball in chocolate coating only half. Refrigerate.
