  • bottle Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 item
  • lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
  • prepared mustard - 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 bottles ketchup - 1 item
  • white vinegar - 1/4 c
  • liquid hickory smoke - 1/2 tsp
  • allspice - 1/4 tsp
  • white sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • large onion - 1 item
  • hot sauce - 1 tsp
  • beef - 3 lb
  • chicken - 3 lb
  • pork - 3 lb
  • potatoes - 3 lb
  • lima beans - 1 qt
  • tomatoes - 3 qt
  • creamed corn - 3 qt
  • okra - 1/2 qt

How to make brunswick stew:

Cook chicken (and bone), beef and pork in covered pot with water until tender. Let cool. Grind in meat grinder or food processor. Grind the potatoes and large onion; add to meat and juice. Cook. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring often.
