Ingredients/Components
- bottle Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 item
- lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1/2 Tbsp
- 1/2 bottles ketchup - 1 item
- white vinegar - 1/4 c
- liquid hickory smoke - 1/2 tsp
- allspice - 1/4 tsp
- white sugar - 1 Tbsp
- large onion - 1 item
- hot sauce - 1 tsp
- beef - 3 lb
- chicken - 3 lb
- pork - 3 lb
- potatoes - 3 lb
- lima beans - 1 qt
- tomatoes - 3 qt
- creamed corn - 3 qt
- okra - 1/2 qt
How to make brunswick stew:
Cook chicken (and bone), beef and pork in covered pot with water until tender. Let cool. Grind in meat grinder or food processor. Grind the potatoes and large onion; add to meat and juice. Cook.
