Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 c
- cocoa - 2/3 c
- plain flour - 2 c
- stick butter, softened - 1 item
- pecans optional - 2 c
- Icing:1 box confectioners sugar
- milk for desired consistency - 5 6
How to make brownies:
Icing:1 box confectioners sugar1/2 c. cocoa1 stick butter, softened1 tsp. vanilla5 to 6 Tbsp. milk for desired consistency Put butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Melt in oven. Mix sugar, flour and cocoa. Add melted butter, vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Stir in pecans. Batter will be thick. Pour into buttered pan. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Let cool.Icing: Combine all ingredients; mix well. Frost and cut into squares.
