Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- vegetable shortening - 1 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- coconut or nuts - 1 c
How to make brownies:
Beat eggs; add sugar. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa. Add to mixture. Add melted Crisco, vanilla and coconut or nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
