Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • Melt butter

How to make brownies:

Combine sugar, flour and soda. Melt butter. Add cocoa and water. Bring to boil. Pour over dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.Topping:1 stick margarine4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. buttermilk1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. powdered sugar Melt margarine. Add cocoa and buttermilk; boil. Add vanilla. Pour over powdered sugar. Spread over hot brownies.
