Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- shortening - 1 item
- miniature semi-sweet chocolate pieces - 1/3 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- 5 oz
- walnut or pecan pieces - 1/3 c
How to make brownies:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spread shortening on bottom of 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. In saucepan, put margarine in; heat over medium burner until melted. Remove pan from burner; stir in chocolate syrup, flour, sugar and baking soda. Add eggs, mixing everything. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
