Brownie pudding
Ingredients/Components
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 2/3 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- chocolate syrup - 1 c
- 5 oz
- very hot tap water - 1/2 c
- powdered cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
How to make brownie pudding:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease bottom and sides of 10 x 10 x 2-inch ceramic baking dish. Spread the chocolate chips evenly over the bottom of the dish. Pour the chocolate syrup over the chocolate chips. Combine hot water, oil and egg in a mixing bowl. Add brownie mix and cinnamon. Beat 50 strokes by hand. Spread over chips and syrup. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Servings must be spooned out because product is too rich and gooey to slice.
