Brownie pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 3/4 c
- hot water
- sifted all-purpose flour - 1 c
- vanilla ice cream or whipped cream - 1 item
How to make brownie pudding:
Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, powder and salt. Add milk, salad oil, water and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Mix together brown sugar and cocoa; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
