Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • cocoa - 2 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • hot water

How to make fudge cake:

Stir together flour, sugar, salt, cocoa and baking powder. Mix in oil, vanilla and milk. Stir in chopped pecans. Place all in 10-inch Corning pan. Mix together brown sugar and cocoa. Sprinkle this on top of cake, then pour 1 3/4 cups hot water on
