Ingredients/Components
- shredded coconut - 1 c
- can frozen orange juice concentrate - 1 oz
- red raspberry preserves - 2 Tbsp
- cans peach halves about 12 - 2 lb
How to make broiled peaches:
Arrange peach halves in a baking dish; fill each with 1 tablespoon concentrate and 1/2 teaspoon preserves. Sprinkle with coconut.Bake in a hot 424° oven for 10 minutes, until coconut browns. Serve warm. Makes 6 servings.
