Broccoli quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- margarine or butter - 2 Tbsp
- ground nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- shredded Swiss cheese
- 9-inch unbaked pastry shell - 1 item
- light cream or milk - 1 c
- chicken flavor instant bouillon - 1 Tbsp
- sliced hard-cooked egg - 1 item
How to make broccoli quiche:
Preheat oven to 425°. Bake pastry shell 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce oven to 350°. Cook onion in margarine until tender. Beat together cream, eggs, bouillon and nutmeg. Toss cheese and flour. Add to egg mixture along with remaining ingredients, except hard-cooked egg. Turn in prepared shell. Bake 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
