Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1/4 c
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sharp American cheese, grated - 2 oz
How to make broccoli puff:
Cook broccoli as directed, omitting salt; drain thoroughly. Place cuts into a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Stir soup and grated cheese together. Gradually add milk, mayonnaise and beaten egg to soup mixture; stir until blended. Pour over broccoli.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Cheese.
