  • pkg - 2 oz
  • eggs - 4 item
  • oil
  • sugar - 2 c
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pecans - 1 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp

How to make strawberry bread:

Thaw and mash berries. Add eggs, sugar and oil; beat well. Combine flour, soda and salt. Add to mixture. Stir in pecans and butter. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Makes 2 to 3 loaves.
