- frozen cauliflower - 2 (10
- small can French fried onion rings - 1 item
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- or more processed cheese Velveeta - 4 oz
How to make broccoli cauliflower casserole:
Cook broccoli and cauliflower, but not until tender. Put soup in bottom of 9 x 13 casserole. Add half of cheese and half of onion rings. Add broccoli and cauliflower. Add rest of cheese, margarine and onion rings. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Note: Cream of mushroom soup may be substituted.
