Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 (8
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- frozen, chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- jar Cheez Whiz with jalapeno pepper - 1 oz
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli until tender. Drain and place in greased casserole dish. Saute onion in butter. Mix soup, Cheez Whiz, onion and sour cream. Pour over broccoli. Top with cheese and bread crumbs, dotted with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
