Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
- chopped broccoli, drained - 2 pkg
- fine chopped onions, sauteed - 1/4 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Thaw broccoli and drain. Saute onions in butter; add beaten eggs. Mix broccoli, flour, 1/2 cup bread crumbs and Cheez Whiz. Mix eggs, water, butter and sauteed onions. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup bread crumbs and bake at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
