Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
- cracker crumbs Ritz crackers - 1/2 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli. Saute the onion in 4 tablespoons butter; add flour and water. Cook until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add Cheez Whiz. Drain broccoli and add to the cheese sauce. Add the beaten eggs. Put in buttered casserole; sprinkle with cracker crumbs and top with rest of butter. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
