Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 8 oz
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- chopped broccoli
- Topping:1 stick butter
- Sauce:1 can cream of mushroom soup
- pack Ritz crackers, crumbled - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Sauce:1 can cream of mushroom soup8 oz. mayonnaise1 medium chopped onion1 c. grated Cheddar cheese2 beaten eggs2 Tbsp. lemon juice Topping:1 stick butter1 pack Ritz crackers, crumbled Cook broccoli as directed; drain well.Sauce: Combine ingredients in pan; heat until cheese is melted and well blended, stirring frequently. Put in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Add broccoli and mix together. Melt the butter in a skillet or frying pan. Add the cracker crumbs; cook until brown. Place on top of broccoli/sauce mixture. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
