  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 doz
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • frozen broccoli - 2 pkg
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c

How to make broccoli casserole:

Cook broccoli and drain. Cut in small pieces. Mix all other ingredients, except crackers. Pour into greased casserole. Top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
