- milk - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen broccoli - 1 pkg
- melted oleo - 2 3
- shredded sharp cheese - 1/2 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
After cooking broccoli (according to package) omitting salt, place in a baking dish. Combine soup and cheese. Add milk, mayonnaise and egg to soup mixture. Pour over broccoli and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until crumbs are lightly brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
