Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- can cream of celery soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- instant rice - 1 c
- diced process American cheese - 1/2 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Bring water and salt to a boil; add rice. Cover, remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Melt butter in skillet; saute onion and celery until tender. In a large mixing bowl, combine rice, celery and onion with remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
