Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- stalks celery - 2 item
- can green beans - 1 item
- can kidney beans - 1 item
- can garbanzo beans - 1 item
- can wax beans - 1 item
- medium size onion - 1 item
How to make pickled bean salad:
Drain the beans well; toss in a bowl with the sliced onion and celery. Mix vinegar, salad oil, sugar and salt well. Pour over the bean mixture; mix well.
