Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- can kidney beans, drained - 1 oz
- chopped pickle - 1/4 c
- shredded cheese your favorite - 1/4 c
How to make kidney bean salad:
Drain beans. Chop onion, pickle and eggs. Mix all ingredients and let marinate for 4 hours.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Beans.
