Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- Ritz crackers - 1/4 lb
- frozen broccoli, chopped - 2 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli as directed. Drain off liquid. Add while hot 1/2 stick margarine, 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, grated. Stir and pour into buttered casserole. Crush with rolling pin 1/4 pound Ritz crackers. Mix cracker crumbs with 1/2 stick melted butter and sprinkle evenly on top of mixture.
