Ingredients/Components

  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • dried onion flakes
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • mayo - 1 c
  • frozen chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c

How to make broccoli bake:

Cook broccoli according to package and drain. Mix soup, cheese, mayo and onions. Blend in eggs. Toss lightly with drained broccoli. Put into a greased casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 350°.
