Sugared nuts

Ingredients/Components

• granulated sugar - 1 c
• melted butter - 4 Tbsp
• egg whites - 2 item
• walnuts unsalted - 1 lb

How to make sugared nuts:

Pour melted butter over nuts. Beat egg whites until stiff and slowly add sugar. Mix into nuts. Spread on cookie sheet but not to edges. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Every 10 minutes, turn nuts with a spatula. Remove nuts from oven if golden brown before 30 minutes.
