Peanut butter bonbons



  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sifted powdered sugar
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • peanut butter - 2 c
  • finely crushed Rice Krispies, crush, then measure - 3 c
  • small amount paraffin wax - 1 item

How to make peanut butter bonbons:

Melt in double boiler: the peanut butter and margarine. Mix in a large bowl: the Rice Krispies and powdered sugar. Add melted mixture to cereal mixture. Blend with hands until crumbly. Make into small balls (approximately 9 dozen). Set aside.

Melt in double boiler: the chocolate chips and paraffin wax. Dip balls into melted chocolate. Place on wax paper to dry.
