Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • dried onion flakes
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • melted butter, adding bread crumbs until flaky - 2 Tbsp

How to make broccoli bake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Mix soup, cheese, mayonnaise and onion flakes. Blend in eggs. Toss lightly with drained broccoli.

Turn into a greased, 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake for 40 minutes at 350° or until bubbly.
