Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • Minute rice - 1 c
  • Cheez Whiz - 1/2 c
  • box chopped broccoli, thawed - 1 item
  • chopped onion, sauteed in 4 Tbsp - 1/2 c

How to make broccoli bake:

Put broccoli in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Mix rice and water and let set until rice is done. Mix all ingredients and pour over broccoli. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
