- eggs - 2 item
- slices bread - 3 item
- c sugar - 1 item
- tsp vanilla - 1/2 item
- 1/2 c milk - 1 item
How to make bread pudding:
Soak bread in milk. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix bread and milk. Add 1/2 tsp of vanilla. Fold stiff egg whites into bread mixture and bake at 325 degrees. Bake slow. Check after about 20 minutes, then check often until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, American.
