Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- raisins - 1/4 c
- slices bread - 12 item
How to make bread pudding:
Break bread in small pieces. Mix other ingredients well and pour over bread. Mix well. Bake in a 9 x 12-inch pan for 1 hour at 350°. Serve with milk, cream or whipped cream or plain.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, American.
