  • cream cheese - 3 oz
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • drops Tabasco sauce - 3 item
  • dill pickle juice - 2 Tbsp
  • braunschweiger - 1 lb
  • chopped dill pickles - 1/3 c

How to make braunschweiger spread:

Have braunschweiger and cream cheese at room temperature. Put all ingredients into blender and blend thoroughly. Chill until ready to use.

If desired, add 3 strips of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled.
