Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- water - 2 c
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- onion flakes - 1 Tbsp
- tomato juice - 2 c
- bay leaves - 2 item
- can minced clams - 1 item
- bottles clam juice - 2 item
- scallops - 1/2 lb
- dried dill - 1 Tbsp
- beef bouillon - 1 Tbsp
- whole garlic clove - 1 item
- champagne vinegar - 1/4 c
- mussels - 6 item
- halibut - 1 lb
- littleneck clams - 6 item
- large, raw shrimp - 6 item
How to make bouillabaisse:
Cut up fish and simmer with all other ingredients except clams, mussels, shrimp and scallops for about 1/2 hour; add the clams, mussels, shrimp and scallops and simmer for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Stew.
