Blueberry muffins
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda
- vegetable oil - 12 oz
- blueberries - 2 c
- poppy seed filling - 1 item
- can canned milk - 1 item
- sugar for sprinkling of muffins - 1 item
How to make blueberry muffins:
Mix flour, sugar and baking soda. Add milk, eggs and vegetable oil. Add salt, poppy seed filling and vanilla. Spoon into muffin cups about 1/4 full. Then add one-third teaspoon of lemon filling, then cover and add to about two-thirds full with more batter. Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes, being careful not to overbake. Remove from oven.
