Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- sugar - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- plain flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- fresh blueberries - 1 c
How to make blueberry muffins:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Add alternately with milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Add vanilla. Fold in blueberries. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
