Blueberry muffins
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- flour
- sugar
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- fresh blueberries - 1 c
How to make blueberry muffins:
Beat the egg, then add milk and oil. Blend in the dry ingredients and stir until just moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Gently fold in the blueberries. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 1 dozen.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
