Blueberry kuchen
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- margarine - 1/4 lb
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
- white vinegar - 1 tsp
- Add vinegar and toss with fork
How to make blueberry kuchen:
Blend together flour, salt, sugar and margarine. Add vinegar and toss with fork. Then press into 9-inch round pan. Pat up around sides.Filling:3 c. blueberries1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour1/2 tsp. cinnamon Mix 2 cups of blueberries with sugar, flour and cinnamon and put into crust. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes. Spread 1 cup of blueberries after removing from oven.I always double the recipe and make two 9-inch pans.
