Blueberry delight
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
- flour plain - 2 c
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, then let cool
How to make blueberry delight:
Mix well with hands, then press mixture on bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, then let cool.Filling:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened (at room temperature)1 tsp. vanilla1 c. confectioners sugar1 large container Cool Whip2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese3 eggs1/2 c. sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla1 pt. sour cream1/4 c. sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla Leave cheese at room temperature 1 hour; mix cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time and beat in vanilla. Pour mixture into graham cracker pie crust; bake 20 minutes at 375°. Cool 15 minutes. Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla. Pour over pie. Bake at 475° for 7 minutes; cool for 2 hours. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top when taken out of oven.Recipe categories: Desserts, Salads, Blueberries.
