  • sugar - 1 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • blueberries - 4 c
  • 10-inch unbaked pie shell

How to make blueberry cream pie:

Combine first 4 ingredients. Put blueberries in pie shell. Spread mixture over berries. Mix 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling. Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes for fresh berries. Bake at 350° for 60 to 75 minutes for frozen berries.
