Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- blueberries - 4 c
- 10-inch unbaked pie shell
How to make blueberry cream pie:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Put blueberries in pie shell. Spread mixture over berries. Mix 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling. Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes for fresh berries. Bake at 350° for 60 to 75 minutes for frozen berries.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
