  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • walnuts - 1 c
  • coarsely chopped apples - 4 c

How to make apple cake:

Combine apples with sugar. Add oil and vanilla to eggs. Mix together dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture, alternating with apples. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
