Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- milk - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can blueberry pie filling - 1 item
How to make blueberry cobbler:
Pour margarine in a 9-inch baking pan. Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Slowly add milk and stir. Pour over melted margarine, but do not stir. Spoon pie filling over batter and bake at 300° for 1 hour. To serve, top with whipped topping.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cobblers and crisps.
